We offer various services, many of which are planning services to prepare for an eventual sale of your business even within your family or to a key employee. We assist in the planning, developing a strategy and implementation of the plan, culminating in a successful sale.

At DBMG we rigorously guard your confidentiality at all times. We never mass mail or broadcast fax data sheets giving a recognizable description of your business for sale. It is nearly impossible to maintain confidentiality in those cases.

We also provide buyers consulting services guiding the buyer through the purchase process and we provide buyer representation to help find and negotiate the purchase of a suitable business for buyers.

As well we provide third party business valuations which are prepared by one of the foremost business valuation companies in North America.

Our consultants are also licensed REALTOR's (R) associated with Charles & Associates Real Estate, Inc. where we operate as Business Marketing Group. Business sales having any real estate component are listed and handled through that affiliation. Consulting, planning and valuation services as well as non-real estate business sales are handled through DBMG
